As the design lead, my responsibility was to receive the brief from the performance marketer, review it, and develop innovative ideas for the campaign. These ideas would then be evaluated and approved by the CMO and Head of Brand before becoming live. Each campaign was A/B tested and iterated if necessary.

Microsoft Integration Launch Campaign

Happeo is all about bringing order to information chaos for high-growth companies.

We've been known for providing Google-integrated intranet solutions, but we're evolving. We're now fully agnostic, meaning we're integrating with Microsoft 365, so that our customers who use MS365 can benefit from the same functionality that Google Workspace customers do. This will also benefit companies that use both MS365 and Workspace, as they'll have access to a unified platform.

We understand the importance of having a centralized hub for communication and collaboration, especially for high-growth companies. By integrating with Microsoft 365, we're broadening our reach to help even more companies simplify their workflows and achieve their business objectives.

Goal

Our campaign aims to achieve several objectives, including announcing the launch of Happeo's Microsoft 365 integration, re-engaging with previous Microsoft leads, and expanding our audience in the Microsoft market.

To achieve these goals, we will be utilizing a variety of marketing channels, including LinkedIn ads, organic LinkedIn posts, retargeting campaigns, AdWords, and email marketing. Through these channels, we will communicate the unique benefits and features that Happeo can offer to Microsoft customers. This campaign is a valuable opportunity for us to test and refine our revised positioning strategy, ensuring that our messaging effectively resonates with our target audience.

Happeo’s Advanced Analytics gives you a deepdive into platform analytics, turning content creators into audience masters –– whether that audience is the HR department, your Sales staff or the organization at large. From now on, you’ll know exactly how your content connects with your people.

Advanced Analytics was always awesome – but we made it awesomer. It’s a continuous area of investment for Happeo, and because Employee Activation relies so heavily on Analytics, it’s being updated to prepare for that sometime-in-the-future release. Good news for us, even better news for our customers.

Internal Comms Admins of Happeo. (so they can show they’re effective, and users will have the analytics they need to create better content, making decentralized ownership less painful) Leadership (because now Internal Comms can prove that they’re effective).

Which problem does it solve?

Internal Comms hasn’t long had the technology to support their role, resulting in a “send and forget” approach. Next to that, Happeo takes a decentralized approach that allows anyone to be an Internal Communicator. Happeo’s Advanced Analytics makes those Internal Communicators better – whether they’re the platform admins or the end users creating content themselves. This also makes the ICer the hero, as they can now better prove their worth (and the worth of the platform) to senior leadership.
