Marketing Campaigns for MessageBird (now Bird)

Working together on a worldwide advertising initiative. I was responsible of designing the visual identity for the entire campaign. There are more than 500 Google display ad assets, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads available in five different languages.

WhatsApp Marketing Campaign

The mission

Launch our first marketing campaign for WhatsApp, create a visual that avoids showing phones or conversations, difficult to read on social media posts. Main focus on the pay off.

The outcome

A social media campaign different from the previous, with the using for the first time of the dark blue, then later on became the main colour of the company.

MessageBird product launch: Omnichannel Chat Widget

The mission

Support the launch of the widget, by showing the flexibility that the customer have in using their preferred channels at their convenience. Communicate the personal customization that every company would have while using this new product.

The team

I acted a bridge between the marketing and product teams. I made certain that the product was presented in high fidelity while also being appealing to businesses. I was the only designer involved in the project.

The outcome

The campaign visually shows how easy and seamless is the communication on any channel available. The customization of the widget is reflected in the exploration with colours and photography.

Various Marketing Campaigns

The campaigns are visually cohesive throughout with similar imagery as well as bold type and a clear layout that is reflective of MessageBird.

The challenge is certainly to vary the visual between one campaign and another, always trying to attract the user's attention. Staying consistent with the brand is fundamental, but at the same time, pushing the limits and creating something new every time.
